Services are offered at no cost and confidentially and can include, but are not limited to:

  • Prenatal, New Baby, Breastfeeding, and Ages & Stages Classes

  • Post-Abortion Care

  • Abortion Pill Reversal Services

  • Free Baby Items

  • Referrals to Community Agencies

  • Adoption Information and Referrals

  • Positive Choices Prevention Education

We never provide, refer for, or recommend an abortion.

The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford is a 501 (c) (3) faith-based non-profit in the state of Illinois. We exist to help women and families experiencing an unplanned pregnancy by providing factual, life-affirming information about all their options in a loving environment.
